At Selmart, we understand that timely and secure delivery is just as important as the quality of the stationery and office products you purchase. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and conditions for orders placed within India.


Shipping Coverage

Currently, Selmart delivers products only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and fair shipping charges to our customers:

  • Free Standard Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000 within India

  • Orders below ₹5,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹149

  • Express Delivery, where available, can be selected at checkout for an additional charge starting from ₹299, depending on location and package size


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment updates through:

  • Email confirmation with tracking details

  • SMS or WhatsApp notifications, if opted in during checkout

You can also track your order at any time using the “Track My Order” option on our website by entering your order number.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days, available in select cities

Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, public holidays, sales events, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.


Packaging & Handling

All Selmart products are packed carefully using secure and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

For high-value or bulk orders, additional protective measures or transit insurance may be applied where required.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is received in a damaged condition, incomplete, or experiences an unusual delay, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

After verification, Selmart may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation and applicable policy.


Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts

If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, our courier partner may make up to two additional delivery attempts.

If the order is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your address, landmark, and contact number are accurate and active at the time of checkout.
